Activate Wellness, LLC is a preventative and therapeutic medical practice offering services designed to reduce pain, increase mobility, improve posture and optimize function.
Cynthia Boykin, APRN-CNP, LMT
Cynthia is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certified in Family Practice. She is an Air Force veteran who arrived in healthcare after homeschooling her children and learning to keep them healthy through various holistic practices.
As a registered nurse, Cynthia worked in the Saint Frances Heart Hospital and witnessed immobility's debilitating effects firsthand. She emerged with a passion for helping people escape pain and stay active, facilitating a lifetime of wellness. Cynthia is also a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 12 years of experience in manual therapy.

- Be Activated nervous system activation therapy combined with osteopathic manual therapy and craniosacral therapy, when indicated, to help you be the best version of yourself.
- Exercise and stretching instruction to safely engage in an active lifestyle and maintain body alignment.
